Surprise?

I think not. I am surprised at the fact that it took so long for there to be an official announcement about it. We at the street-prov theatre collective have had these suspicions for a long time.

This weekend and this upcoming week will be spent hanging out with our families and having a good time at that. We will, however be back and be around for the entire holiday season.

Lastly, working on getting our weekly shows at Vaudeville, but the run-around seems to like us. Rather, we seem to be getting ‘em more. We’ll keep you updated.

We had our first official professional show this past Sunday.

While filming a rehearsal for improv festivals upcoming, we had several families stop and watch. This one girl in particular went home and told her mother, who proceeded to call us (and by name, I might add) from down the street to do a show for her family at a cost to her!

We bought business cards with the money. They are cool.

Some of you may have read that a person was shot at a metal show at Skrappy’s this past wednesday. As of right now, we have yet to hear from Skrappy’s on how this will affect our classes. Regardless, we are street-prov and we can and will do our thing anywhere. so if you are interested in the classes you can still come to Skrappy’s and at the very worst we’ll teach the class in the parking lot. also, if you want to email any one in the collective you can do so at [our name]@street-prov.com. so my email is Anthony@street-prov.com.
